Lynd Construction Services directs the project from beginning to end, handling all communication to meet deadlines and budgets. We leverage our relationships with subcontractors to negotiate the bids for every part of the project. We then compile and submit draws to keep you constantly aware of your costs. Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who functions as your advocate, overseeing the work to ensure it is done accurately, efficiently and according to your budget.

Insurance Claims Management
Lynd Construction Services can act as your advocate to handle all aspects of an insurance claim, from adjustment assistance to managing the construction process. We fill the role of Public Adjuster and Project Manager by reviewing insurance claims to make sure the scope is comprehensive and managing the entire construction process.
